Line Dancing with Sherry at Pellissippi State

All classes are held at the dance studio in the SRC (Student Recreation Center) located at Pellissippi State Community College, 10915 Hardin Valley Rd, Knoxville, TN 37933, USA.  The Sign Up! buttons will redirect you to the college website where you will register for classes.  Classes are in ABC order so be sure to SCROLL DOWN below Argentine Tango to find the line dancing classes on the registration website. 

In all classes you will be learning how to read a line dance step sheet, proper dance terminology, safe body movement, and at least 5 choreographies.

Level 1
Improve your memory, balance, coordination, and fitness learning to line dance, all while making friends and building your confidence for a night out dancing! This slow paced class is perfect for new dancers.​

Beginners learn common line dance step combinations and dances to a variety of musical genres. 60+ with dance experience are welcome to this faster paced class.

Level 2

Level 3 
This is the sweet spot where we learn the most interesting dances  to the music we love. Dance experience required, line dance experience a plus.

 These Intermediate-Advanced difficulty dances are not easy, but so rewarding when you conquer them! You will need to practice these dances multiple times between class in order to master 64+ count dances with spins, multiple tags, restarts, hand gestures, and AB phrasing.
